Serial Fondler: Another Groping Incident Reported Monday Night

A tenth victim was grabbed Monday evening in what appear to be a series of 'grab and gropes' primarily in the Springfield area.

A "serial groper" may have grabbed a tenth victim Monday around 6 p.m. The incident happened in the 7200 block of Commerce Street in Springfield, Fairfax County Police reported.

The victim was reportedly walking near an apartment building when she was grabbed from behind, NBC Washington reported. When she turned around, the man fled on foot.

Police said they believe the same man is responsible for nine similar incidents.
