Telegraph Road Closures This Week

Be advised of these Capital Beltway and Telegraph Road closures before your commute this morning.

Capital Beltway Closures

Monday, Dec. 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.:

• The right lane of the Capital Beltway Outer Loop (I-95/495 North) will be closed between the Eisenhower Avenue Connector and Telegraph Road for roadway construction.

Telegraph Road Interchange Closures

Wednesday, Dec. 21 and Thursday, Dec. 22 from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily:

• The Capital Beltway Inner Loop (I-95/495 South) ramp to Telegraph Road South will be closed to set light pole foundations.  
  Detour: Motorists should take the Eisenhower Connector exit to Eisenhower Avenue East to left on Mill Road to Telegraph Road South.

Wednesday, Dec. 21 and Thursday, Dec. 22 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily:

• The shoulder on the Capital Beltway Outer Loop (I-95/495 North) exit ramp to N. Kings Highway and Telegraph Road will be closed for roadway construction. The exit lanes remain open.

Mill Road Closures

Monday, Dec. 19 at 9 a.m. through Thursday, Dec. 22 at 5 p.m.:

• One lane of Mill Road North where it connects to Telegraph Road South will be closed continuously next week to complete the installation of safety features including guardrails, barriers and curbs.  One northbound lane will remain open. 

Please note there will be no closures scheduled for the holiday weekend, starting at noon on Friday, Dec. 23 through noon on Tuesday, Dec. 27.
