Potomac Kempo Celebrates its 10th Anniversay

Potomac Kempo is a local Alexandria business that will be celebrating its 10th anniversary this summer.  To celebrate, we will be hosting an anniversary celebration at our Kingstowne location, which was the first of the three locations to open back on July 7, 2003.  This amazing milestone will be observed this Saturday, June 29, 2013 in the Kingstowne Shopping Center.

We specialize in teaching the art of Shaolin Kempo karate to working professionals and their families.  We have private lessons and small group classes, allowing for a personalized experience.  Our goal is to help people become healthier and happier and to grow as individuals while having fun.

Over these ten years, Potomac Kempo has grown from its single location in Kingstowne to three, including one in Old Town, off St. Asaph by the Trader Joe’s, and one in the Foxchase shopping center on Duke St.  We will open our fourth and fifth locations in 2014.  Originally named “United Studios of Self Defense,” Potomac Kempo was renamed in 2010 to emphasize its commitment to the local area and the art in which we teach.
