Regency Centers Negotiating Lease for Old Book Rack Space

The company said the business will be retail.

Now that Book Rack is closed for good (their last day was Saturday), Regency Centers is currently in negotiations to lease the space for retail. April Laney said the company is hoping to come to an agreement by the end of the month.

During negotiations, Laney said the owners have asked for the information about their plans to remain confidential until they reach an agreement.

A a lease negotiation that will allow the business to stay in place for a few years - something that Regency Centers seems to have difficulty in handling. Considering the number of business that fail to survive the rental increases by Regency we will not hold our breath .. again.
