Grief Education Series - Coping with All Kinds of Losses

The Grief Education Series will be offered at 8:45 AM in the Friendship Room (next to Sanctuary) on Sunday mornings from July 31 through September 4. All ages and all members of the community are welcome. This class will be led by hospice grief counselors and chaplains. The class will discuss ways to cope with all kinds of losses including death, divorce, job change, illness and moving. The book to be used as a reference for this discussion is Life After Loss by Bob Deits, but is not required reading.

July 31: Understanding grief in a faith context and reviewing common symptoms of grief with Wendy Maiwurm, LCSW

August 7: Understanding the healing process of grief with Rev. Dr. Janae Moore
