Kingstowne Teachers Featured in FCPS Artist Teacher Exhibition

The annual exhibition showcases work from more than 40 Fairfax County Public Schools art teachers.

More than 40 Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) teachers currently have their art on display at the Annandale Campus of Northern Virginia Community College for the fifth annual Artist Teacher Exhibition.

Five teachers from the Kingstowne and Franconia area are featured in the exhibition, which is located in the Richard J. Ernst Community Cultural Center:

  • Sara Clark from Rose Hill Elementary School
  • Giovanna DeSantis from Lee High School
  • Heather Dilatush from Hayfield Secondary School
  • Marielle Mariano from Groveton Elementary School

According to a news release from FCPS, there are over 70 artworks included in the 49-teacher exhibition. Juror Adam Lister, owner of Adam Lister Gallery in Fairfax, selected each piece of art for the exhibition from more than 100 submissions.
