The Vienna Boys Choir, Second Saturday, Winter Christmas Festival, and More this Weekend

Check out the Holiday Pops: Songs of the Season concert at 8 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Friday’s performance is at the Hylton Performing Arts Center in Manassas and Saturday’s performance is at George Mason University's Center for the Arts in Fairfax. This concert features the American Festival Pops Orchestra playing holiday favorites. Purchase tickets online 

The Vienna Boys Choir will be in Fairfax this week. They will perform program of classical and popular music that includes traditional Christmas carols, Gregorian chants, songs from around the world, and popular holiday favorites. The performance is at 8 p.m. Friday at the George Mason University Concert Hall, 4400 University Drive in Fairfax. More info.

The Mount Vernon RECenter’s Holiday Ice Show returns on Saturday. Experienced skaters and beginners will performed holiday-themed routines at the Mount Vernon Ice Arena. The free show is from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday at 2017 Belle View Boulevard. 

The Winter Christmas Festival at Ticonderoga Farms in Chantilly has hayrides, fire pits, and you can even cut down your own Christmas tree. The sites is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday at 26469 Ticonderoga Road in Chantilly.More information.

Check out some artwork at the Second Saturday Art Walk at the Workhouse Arts Center. Over 100 visual artists will be presenting their work. The event starts at 6 p.m. Saturday at the arts center on 9601 Ox Road in Lorton.
