I thank God for this place, I was there when my daughter Shawnna Monet Lewis was born... it def helped me in so many ways! Yes, I relapsed but it was not because of this place; only because I was not ready! But, when I became ready, I got clean & stayed clean by the grace of my Lord & Savior Jesus Christ... I want to thank everyone who played their part in helping me to get to where I am today!!! Sharon Lewis Mashburn

It works! I went to Crossroad in 2005. I have been clean and sober ever since. Give yourself a chance if considering it. I did and my life has never been better.
Watch out for scams with this place. I got in trouble as a teen for vandalism and theft, and a corrupt judge Richard Jamborsky tried to sentence me to this place. Luckily the DA appealed my sentence and instead I completed my sentence in normal jail. The funny thing was, I wasn't there on a drug crime, so why would a judge try to send me here??? I was a teenager who commited vandalism and theft. A tough 18 month Drug program- REALLY??? My whole life I have been mystified by this, until I saw that there was a Kids For Cash scandal in Pennsylvania where judges were receiving kickbacks for sending kids to a juvenile facility. I also found out that my judge in the case, Richard Jamborsky, had been removed from Family Court for his antics, got put in Circuit Court where I encountered him, was forced into early retirement for his antics there, and became a "mediator", something retired judges do to make even more cash. Now he is being sued for corruption for accepting a bribe to throw a child custody case to a wealthy abusive father and exclude the mother. This proves he was involved in one instance of corruption already, why not more?
Fight HARD not to go to this place, they are being bribed to send people there. I heard horror stories from that place, and all the women I watched being sent there in 1988-1989 never made it through the whole program, but instead were sent to jail if they couldn't finish it.
Zero stars if it's possible.
Horrible place. I went there. I'm one of the few (5%) of clients who remained clean (2&1/2 years). I did so- in spite of-not because of the program.
At Xrds. addiction is treated as a moral problem and is addressed with condescension, humiliation and indoctrination. "Behavioral therapy" consists of punishment for misbehavior which includes revocation of "privileges" to go to AA meetings and a lengthening of time in the program required to graduate.
The entire client population often recieves wholesale punishment for the misbehavior of a few.
Xrds. has no respect for confidentiality. Anything a client says to a therapist may be publicly announced. Sponsors are routinely interrogated. Anything a client says in an AA meeting will be reported to staff especially if could be construed as negative toward Xrds. Any client who does this will be "held accountable".
Don't go. Jail is much better.
Doesn't work! TC Model has been proven not to work. Don't waste your time.

worst place ever, the counselors don't know what there talking about. Atleast on the youth side. They make the kids turn on each other and get each other in trouble, then laugh at each other behind each others backs. They day I got kicked out they tried to put me in a shelter home. They said my parents dont want me home which was a lie because once my mom picked me up we went straight to chipotle. I hate crossroads, i wouldnt want my worst enemy to go there.
