I am a stylist and an educator,I read reviews on Charles,and sorry that that clien had a bad experience or communication of that haircut,but I have worked side by side with Charles and In my professional oponion he is one of the most tallented stylest and edecator that I have had the honer of working with and learning from,and sharing our advice on all aspects of hair,He is an exceptional stylist.Dont believe all neg comments,sometimes when we try our best communication is a must,and it can be a client missinforms or explaination isnt clear,make sure you feel comfortable in your final communication before the stylist stats their work,if you dont speak up,you are just as much at fault.But I can vouch for his work,and your are safe in my proffesional opinion.DONT KNOCK IT TILL YOU TRY IT.CHARLES YOU ARE FANTASTIC!
