Worst Pediatric Practice in the area!
Where to begin?!?
1. Receptionist staff is rude. They are also very unaccommodating.
2. Billing and ghost fees make no-sense
3. Dont make me start with the advice nurses. They only advice you to use a humidifier and tylenol, even if your kid has diarrhea (I'm not exaggerating!). The nurses NEVER consult their advice with the Dr.s... My biggest problem with them is that when my son got the flu the advice nurse only told me to use a humidifier and told me I didnt need the appointment. My son had the flu for 2 weeks and it later got complicated with a Viral Infection in his lungs. When the infection started and he kept getting worst I called and the same nurses again suggested the humidifier. I insisted for an appointment with the Dr.
4. Oh the Dr.s!!! This Dr.s misdiagnosed my sons viral infection twice. First Dr said it was a sinus bacterial infection and gave him an antibiotic. Five days later, as my son got worst, the 2nd Dr I asked to go see said it was an ear and to wait until the antibiotic did the work. The following day I ended up at the ER with my son barely breathing. It was never bacterial it was viral and when the ER did an x-ray (which the Drs at the practice never suggested) they found the virus in his lungs. So after a day with his inhaler he's finally eating and sleeping better.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR YOUR KIDS... RUN FAR AWAY FROM IT!!!!!
