This is the worst store as far as customer service is concerned. Each of my experiences has been frustrating. There is usually only 1 cashier who is handling customer service at the same time which means the wait in line for purchase is extremely long. Then you have cashier at the electronics section who we should just be able to go to in the first place because he is always available. But we have to wait until he/she looks at how long the line is and decides to come and let someone know he is avaibable. Most recently I purchased 2 toys and asked for 2 gift receipts. Cashier hands me one gift receipt. Then could not figure out how to get my REAL receipt and the other gift receipt. Had to call the manager who was obviously nowhere near the front of the store. Will never go to this store again. would travel to springfield Buy Buy Baby anyday.
