Commonwealth Technology Acquires Black Oak Technology
Kingstowne's Commonwealth Technology expands into cybersecurity with the purchase of Black Oak Technology.
Washington Technology is reporting that Kingstowne-based Commonwealth Technology, Inc. (CTI) recently acquired Maryland-based Black Oak Technology Group in an effort to increase its "cybersecurity capabilities." Within the past two years, CTI, a defense contractor, also acquired Q.E.D. and a minority ownership in Onyx Government Services.
