Medical Examiner: Gymboree Teacher Died from 'Blunt Trauma' in Car Accident
Medical examiner can't release information on whether Casey Noriega suffered any sort of seizure before her car hit a pole.
Local Gymboree teacher Casey Noriega died of "blunt chest and abdomen trauma" Dec. 10 when the car she was driving struck a pole at Beulah Street and Windsor Avenue in Kingstowne, and the manner was ruled an accident, the Virginia Medical Examiner's Office said Wednesday. It is still uncertain whether the 29-year-old mother who left behind a son suffered any sort of seizure or attack prior to the car accident that took her life because the medical examiner's office cannot release that information, according to Nancy Bull, district administrator, Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, Northern District. I am sorry but do you have children? I do not think that this is an instance of coddling a child but rather them not fully understanding exactly what happened to begin with.
