Office Building in Kingstowne Still Without Confirmed Leases
Construction on the building will be completed next month.
Construction on the office building next to Kohl's in Kingstowne is nearing completion, but as of Tuesday Jones Lang LaSalle hasn't confirmed any leases for the space. Broker David Stoudt said the marble tiles for the lobby area have been received and the building should be ready by June. Stoudt said businesses have shown some interest in the space but no leases have been signed. Previously, Stoudt told Patch the questions surrounding sequestration and the Northern Virginia economy could be the reason prospective tenants have not yet confirmed leases.
