High School Soccer Players to Sign Letter of Intent

Meghan Cox and Daniela Neves verbally committed to playing soccer for James Madison University and West Virginia University respectively in 10th grade.

Robert E. Lee High School's Meghan Cox and Daniela Neves will officially sign national letters of intent to play soccer for James Madison University and West Virginia University respectively at 9 a.m. Wednesday in Lancer Hall. Cox is a varsity starter for the Lee High School girl's soccer team and is a starting central defender for the nationally ranked travel team, VSA Heat, out of Haymarket. During her time at Lee, Cox has earned Team MVP, First Team All District, All Region, All State and First Team All Met. Cox also played varsity field hockey for the high school in 2011. Neves also plays for the varsity soccer team at Lee and has earned multiple awards, including Team MVP and First Team All District. She is also a starting forward for…
