Swim, Bike and Run do them individually or combine one or more, that's what makes me a happy man. <br><br>I am a three time Ironman, 10 time Marathon Finisher and have raced countless other races from 5K to 50 mile running events and sprint to Ironman triathlons. <br><br>I am the founder and current president of the Kingstowne Striders, our local area running club that is a group who share an interest in running, walking, and fitness. I am also a member of the Bonzai Elite Triathlon Team.
