Kingstowne Farmers Market to Open Friday
Vendors will be on site Fridays from 4-7 p.m. in the Giant parking lot.
Kingstowne residents will be able to purchase fresh produce and other products from local vendors starting next Friday, May 3 from 4-7 p.m. The local Fairfax County farmers market will run until Oct. 25.
The farmers market will be set up in the Giant parking lot at 5935 Kingstowne Towne Center. All products for sale at the farmers market are produced by vendors within 125 miles of Fairfax County, and brokers or resellers are strictly prohibited.
Local farmers markets are supervised by Fairfax County Park Authority through the Community Horticulture office based at Green Spring Gardens. Volunteer, Mark Masters, manages the day-to-day operations.
