Police Issue Warrants for Franconia Residents

Man charged with violating protective order

The Franconia District of the Fairfax County Police Department has issued arrest warrants for three people:

Jeanette Kelly Anderson has a warrant in her name for failure to appear. She failed to appear in Fairfax County General District Court on February 22 to answer a charge for driving while intoxicated.

Anderson is charged with driving while intoxicated on December 4, around Braddock Road and Burke Lake Road.

Marie Crystal Carter has warrants for failing to appear and failing to obey a court order. She did not appear in county Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on February 16 on assault and battery charges.

Jose Arnoldo Guzman has four warrants for his arrest: one for failure to appear, and three for allegedly violating a protective order. Guzman allegedly failed to present himself in county Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court on February 10, related to crimes allegedly committed in January and February of the same year.
