A person was robbed at gunpoint at Springfield Mall earlier this month.
The victim came to the mall to exchange a pair of shoes on February 3, around 12:30 p.m. When the victim and suspect met, the suspect brandished a handgun and made off with the victim's shoes, credit card, and cell phone.
The victim did not sustain any injuries.
