After watching a military-themed episode of the Nickelodeon show "iCarly," Michelle Obama and the cast of the show danced out onto the stage in the auditorium of Hayfield Secondary School.

Obama encouraged students at the school to find out which of their peers come from military families and be supportive of those students. A number of students at both Hayfield Elementary School and Hayfield Secondary School have parents who work at nearby Fort Belvoir.
